  • Event Management: You delight our customers through the successful preparation, execution, and follow-up of our trade fairs and events. You support the team with large-scale projects and already lead smaller to medium-sized projects independently and in a structured manner
  • Interface Coordination: You coordinate external agencies and service providers as well as internal departments (e.g., Logistics) and ensure seamless and clear communication
  • Financial & Project Control: You conduct quote research, negotiate with service providers, and create budget plans, and share responsibility for cost-effective event execution
  • Concept Development: Together with your colleagues, you develop physical event concepts and customer journeys that leave a lasting impression on existing and new EGYM customers
  • Quality & Success Tracking: You always maintain an overview of the current planning status and are responsible for the quality and time management as well as the subsequent success measurement of your projects

Your fitness level

  • Education: You have a successfully completed apprenticeship as an event manager (Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau) or a successfully completed degree with a focus on Event Management or a similar field
  • Experience: You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in project or event management (ideally within the trade fair and event sector) and have already led your first own projects independently
  • Work Style: You work in an exceptionally structured and independent manner, keep a cool head during stressful times, and always maintain a complete overview
  • Soft Skills & Customer Focus: You have an eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and always interact with stakeholders in a friendly, respectful, yet firm manner - customers always come first for you
  • Languages: You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a welcome plus
  • Mobility: You are willing to travel occasionally (within Germany and internationally) to support our events directly on-site

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Execution: You have successfully led, implemented, or significantly supported your first small and medium-sized events
  • Familiarity: You are familiar with our workflows, processes, and stakeholders
