About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager dedicated to our North America region to join our organization and support the centralization of sales enablement across all regional commercial segments. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will help execute our team's mission. At our company, Sales Enablement serves as the central department for sales process optimization, sales training execution, sales development, and documentation center. In this role, your objective is to drive operational efficiency by ensuring our North American sales teams are equipped with the standard processes, clear documentation, and basic reporting they need to succeed. As the analyst, you will be the team’s go-to person for maintaining Salesforce data standards, centralizing our internal sales playbooks, providing first-line CRM support, and delivering clear process training to our reps. Additionally, you will look for opportunities to leverage modern sales tech and AI tools to drive internal efficiencies and scale our content creation.

Your Daily Workout

  • Asset Management & AI Content Scaling: Centralize, organize, and maintain our internal library of sales playbooks, process documentation, and sales collateral. Actively utilize generative AI productivity tools to efficiently draft, update, and maintain version control of these materials.

  • Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain clear documentation for all standard sales processes. Proactively identify minor friction points or bottlenecks in the current workflow and propose simple process updates or training tweaks to improve sales productivity.

  • Technology & AI Optimization: Help evaluate our current sales enablement tech stack. Identify underutilized features or modern AI-driven tools that can streamline internal administrative tasks or help sales reclaim selling time.

  • Data Hygiene & Governance: Serve as the primary guardian of data integrity. Establish clear guidelines for data governance across systems, ensuring sales input data consistently.

  • Salesforce Support & Reporting: Build and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards. Act as the first line of daily support for the sales team by troubleshooting basic CRM usage questions and performing routine record updates.

  • Internal Process Training: Assist in delivering training to sales on internal workflows, CRM data entry compliance, and sales tool usage to drive tool adoption.

  • Onboarding Support: Help maintain and update standard sales onboarding materials and process guides for the Core Markets sales teams to streamline new hire tracking.

Your fitness level

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar coordinator or analytical role.

  • Salesforce Proficiency: Proficient experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, with a strong understanding of how sales utilize a CRM daily.

  • AI & Tech Literacy: Tech-savvy with an interest in modern sales tools; comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate administrative work and content creation.

  • Collaboration & Documentation Tools: Experience using Notion, Miro, or similar workspace and mapping tools for organization and process documentation is a strong plus.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with a systematic approach to organizing digital content, asset libraries, and documentation.

  • Communication: Ability to write clear, easy-to-follow process guides and confidently explain workflows to sales.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel.

  • Location: Must be located in Denver, Colorado and comfortable with a hybrid work schedule.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Months 1–2 (Learn & Support): Learn our standard sales workflows, shadow common CRM issues to take over first-line Salesforce support, and begin routine weekly data governance auditing.

  • Months 3–4 (Organize & Centralize): Gather and organize scattered sales playbooks into a single library (utilizing platforms like Notion), and build out standard performance dashboards for segment leaders.

  • Months 5–6 (Train & Improve): Lead routine process and onboarding training for the reps, and begin integrating smart AI prompts to speed up how we update our sales guides while identifying tools to optimize the broader team’s workflow.

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual base salary of $70,000 - $85,000

  • You will have a competitive benefits package including:  health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, monthly wellness, phone and internet stipends, 14 paid holidays per year, and PTO (to name a few!)

  • You will receive hands-on training and become a true EGYM expert.

  • You will be part of an innovative team where you will work with diverse individuals, explore new ways of thinking and problem solving, and expand your skills.  Our team is full of teachers and learners who work out loud and share their knowledge to enhance each other’s growth.
