Partner Training & Enablement: You plan and deliver engaging on-site and virtual training sessions for partners, enabling them to successfully position, implement, and support EGYM solutions while regularly travelling to partner locations to conduct workshops and certification sessions
Internal Alignment: You prepare and distribute high-quality documentation and product updates for internal EGYM sales and CSM teams across different countries
Content Development: You create and maintain impactful training decks, e-learning modules, product guides, battle cards, and certification paths
Presales Support: You provide deal-specific guidance to partner sales teams through pitch reviews, demo preparation, and joint customer presentations
Launch Coordination: You manage pre-launch partner readiness strategies for all new product and feature rollouts
Performance Tracking: You monitor partner product knowledge, track certification metrics, and implement targeted training interventions based on data

Your fitness level

Professional Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales training, presales, or customer success within B2B SaaS or hybrid hardware/software environments
Track Record: You have a proven history of building and executing scalable training programs that measurably improve partner or sales performance
Communication Skills: You possess excellent presentation capabilities with fluent English language skills
Technical Translation: You excel at translating complex technical features into clear, compelling, and value-driven narratives
Project Management: You operate as a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
Tools & Platforms: You have prior experience working with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or modern training platforms
Industry & Ecosystem Expertise: Ideally, you bring a background in fitness tech, health tech, or the sports industry, combined with experience in channel sales, distribution management, or complex hardware/software integrations

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Holistic Understanding: You gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire EGYM ecosystem and its products
Partnership Development: You build strong relationships with our key partners and become familiar with their organizational structures
Training Material Development: You design the first training materials for our partners and already independently conduct initial training sessions
Workflow Efficiency: You develop the ability to organize your workday efficiently and gain familiarity with EGYM's internal structures and workflows
