We are looking for a talented Product Manager (m/f/d) who wants to bring fitness to the 21st century? Do you have a passion for outcome-driven and innovation-focused product management?   • You develop and execute a clear vision for an existing gymfloor product and bring it to the next level
  • You live for innovation and constantly look for new growth opportunities to create measurable impact for yourself, for the team, the company and the partners
  • You put the end consumer first and are an ambassador for product development in the organization 
  • You conduct data-driven development and improvement of the product features that favors a consumer-centric approach
  • You lead teams of software engineers to deliver value to the customers
  • You feel comfortable in communicating with different stakeholders, internally and externally, especially customers and gym–members
  • You coordinate strategic approaches within the organization, find solutions for service cases and derive optimization opportunities
Your fitness level
  • You have 2+ years experience in a role as a Product Manager (m/f/d) and the lateral leadership of agile-teams
  • You have experience in software product management
  • You have a well-founded knowledge and understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods and techniques
  • You are a talented and passionate communicator and you can explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way
  • You have good language skills in German and English
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • You have developed an outstanding knowledge about our gym members and opportunities (desires and problems) to improve the products software experience
  • You have created and aligned a clear product roadmap and goals for your team based on the product vision, opportunities and business needs
  • You have a good understanding of the products software components and their interactions with the ecosystem
  • You are appreciated by and have built strong relationships with the development and product teams as well as key stakeholders
  • You have acquired comprehensive understanding of our platform and existing products as well as the customer needs and use cases

  • Du stellst Kund*innen in den Mittelpunkt und bist der Botschaft für unsere Produktentwicklung
  • Du entwickelst und verbesserst unsere Produkt Features anhand von gesammelten Daten
  • Du leitest Software und Hardware Entwicklungsteams an um einen Mehrwert für unsere Kund*innen zu generieren
  • Du fühlst dich in der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern, insb. Kund*innen und Fitness Studio Mitgliedern, sehr wohl
  • Du koordinierst strategische Anforderungen innerhalb der Organisation, findest Lösungen für Serviceprobleme und entwickelst Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
Dein Fitness Level
  • Du hast mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager (m/w/d) sowie in der lateralen Führung von agilen Teams
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Software Produktmanagement mit
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Wissen und Verständnis für moderne Product Discovery sowie Entwicklungsmethoden und -techniken
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich erklären
  • Du kannst dich sowohl auf Deutsch und Englisch gut verständigen
Dein Trainingsziel für Deine ersten 6 Monate
  • Du hast dir ein herausragendes Wissen über unsere Fitness Studio Mitglieder und deren Wünsche und Probleme angeeignet, um die Nutzerfreundlichkeit unserer Produkte zu verbessern
  • Du hast eine klare Produkt Roadmap und Ziele für Dein Team entwickelt, auf Basis der Produktvision und Business Anforderungen
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Produkt Bestandteile und die Zusammenhänge im Produkt Ökosystem
  • Du hast eine starke Beziehung zu den Entwicklungs- und Produktteams sowie den Stakeholdern aufgebaut
  • Du hast ein umfassendes Verständnis unserer Plattform und der bestehenden Produkte sowie der Kundenbedürfnisse und Anwendungsfälle erworben
