● You will lead, mentor, and manage a high performing North American finance team, ensuring that financial performance is visible to EGYM’s global leadership.
● You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (for the North American entities) in compliance with local GAAP and group reporting standards.
● You will serve as the key contact for auditors (Big 4) and tax advisors, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely filings.
● You will lead key workstreams in EGYM’s global IPO-Readiness initiative, shaping scalable processes and controls.
● You will collaborate with the global finance team in Germany to implement best practices, internal controls, and policy frameworks – in compliance with Sarban-Oxley (SOX)
● You will build and scale the finance capabilities in North America to support business expansion.
● You will demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, taking the ownership of responsibilities of you and your team.
● You will proactively seek guidance from leadership in areas outside your expertise and be open to feedback and professional development.
● You will lead by example, acting as a technical expert in your area and stepping in to support tasks typically handled by team members when necessary.
