Are you ready to transform the corporate wellness industry with us?

We are looking for a talented Growth Manager (m/f/d) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize employee access to sports and wellness activities. In this role, you will play a key part in our company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and convincing new clients, while building strong and lasting relationships with them.

Does this sound exciting to you? If you have a passion for growth marketing and want to make a difference in the world of workplace wellness, don’t miss this opportunity and apply now to join our team in Paris or Munich.

  • Identify, target, and convince prospective companies through a data-driven approach (ABM, fine segmentation, lead scoring).

  • Define and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy, prioritizing high ROI channels (paid, outbound, content promotion).

  • Experiment with new channels and formats to identify emerging growth levers.

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

  • Run A/B tests on the website and forms to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.

  • Establish a test & learn culture to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Create and optimize landing pages to maximize acquisition performance.

  • Adapt prospecting messages and orchestrate impactful outbound campaigns in collaboration with the Sales teams.

  • Roll out campaigns (in collaboration with the Team Lead) across all markets where EGYM Wellpass operates: France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, US.

  • Work closely with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to ensure a smooth and aligned funnel.

Your fitness level
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2B.

  • Experience managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta) with precise tracking of CPL and ROI.

  • Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and/or outbound campaigns.

  • Data-driven mindset: decision-making based on numbers, KPI tracking (CAC, LTV, CPL, conversion funnel).

  • Knowledge of CRO best practices (A/B testing, landing page optimization).

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce…).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Ops teams.

  • Given the international scope and working language, fluent English is required for this role (German is a plus but not mandatory).

Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Assimilate the mission, values, and business objectives of EGYM Wellpass.

  • Understand the target personas (HR, Works Council, SME/TPE CEOs) and their decision-making cycle.

  • Establish a structured growth plan for the following 6 to 12 months.

  • Launch and optimize the first paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting).

  • Propose new segmentation strategies, messaging, and channels to scale acquisition.

  • Identify quick wins to improve channel performance.

  • Create and test landing pages with an initial A/B testing cycle.
